Geostar learned that an Indonesian customer was in urgent need of a batch of spare parts to repair EMSCO mud pump unit. Therefore, we took the initiative to provide technical solutions for the customer, and completely replaced the original US made parts with domestic parts solutions. We finally succeeded to win the PO of mud gate valve and related parts.
After PO placed by customer, our company overcame the impact of COVID on our operation and delivered the goods to Shanghai warehouse within timeline, which was recognized by the customer. Although we faced various challenges in the process of order execution, we adhered to the customer-centered business philosophy and constantly adjusted ourselves until the customer was satisfied. We will continue to take this attitude and philosophy to serve every customer!
