It is tightly integrated by two layers, the inner sleeve and outer shell. The outer shell forging is wear-resistant and adopts centrifugal casting technology, inner sleeve is high chromium wear and corrosion resistance, heat treated to 62 HRC. The production of bimetal liners in our company strictly controls the tolerance range to ensure easy installation. The inner sleeve is with high finish, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, suitable for a variety of harsh working environments. Outer shell: 45# forged steel, tensile strength σb>610MPa, yield strength σs>450MPa, elongation §>17%, Hardness HB180-200. Inner sleeve: high chromium cast iron (centrifugal casting), annealing hardness HRC≤40, quenching hardness HRC60-67.   Benefits of Bimetallic Liners   1.
